Shipping policy

Shipping is free. Every order, any size, anywhere we ship. No minimum.

When your order leaves: We send your order to our warehouse partner the same day you place it. It's packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days.

How long delivery takes: Most orders to the United States arrive 10 to 14 days after you order. Other countries can take a few days longer. The product page shows the delivery window for an order placed today.

Tracking: When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can paste it into our Track Order page. A new tracking number can show "not found" for the first 2 to 5 days until the carrier scans the package. That's normal.

Delays: Holidays and busy seasons can slow carriers down. If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after you placed it, message us and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address: Please check your address before paying. If you spot a mistake, message us right away. We can usually fix it before the order ships, but not after.
