Refund policy

We want you to love your Kindwall protectors. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

 

30-day returns: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

 

Please contact us first: Before sending anything back, message us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be processed.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to return the item.

 

Stays-Put Guarantee: If a protector falls off, email us a photo and we'll send you a replacement free.

 

Refunds: Once your return is approved and received, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping is free, so no shipping fees are deducted.

 

Non-returnable items: Protectors that have already been stuck to a surface can't be returned unless they are defective.
